Fall 2008 - Spring 2009
Hello from Hamilton Dahlia Farm! For our faithful customers, we appreciate your business and hope you will be pleased with this year’s selection. And to those of you who are new to Hamilton Dahlia Farm, we invite you to experience the quality and value of our product. We know you’ll be happy with our tubers and as always, your satisfaction is guaranteed!
What a wonderful year we had! The end of July to the beginning of October was spent in our field cutting our dahlias for farmers’ markets, florists, weddings and special events. It was a beautiful summer to be outdoors. It was a little cooler than normal which was appreciated by both the dahlias and the workers. We had two weekends this summer that each brought over 7” of rain (one in June and one in August). We were grateful to be on the sandier soil during these high moisture periods. We had many visitors come through our fields again this year, including a number of wonderful garden clubs. It was such fun to share the beauty of our field with so many of you.
Again this year we are offering our customers the ability to order online through this website. This gives you the opportunity to pay by credit card instead of sending a check. If you are would rather print off our order form and send a check, please visit our homepage (see link). We will be updating our price list frequently so you will know if a variety is sold out or other changes occur.
As you can see from our list, we sell our dahlia tubers both wholesale (ten or more of the same variety) and retail. All of the retail orders come individually packaged with a picture of the variety on the label. We also offer collections of ten packages for $34.00 plus shipping. These make wonderful gifts for the gardener in your life.
If there are any particular varieties that you would like that are not on our price list, we may have small quantities of them and may be able to provide them to you. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
We promise excellent quality and service and look forward to being your dahlia supplier whether it be for one tuber or one hundred. Here’s to another year of dahlia enjoyment!
Best regards,
Janet Koop Brondyke
